Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Revocation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your cancellation.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, we will generally use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction.
Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For contracts involving digital content that is not provided on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
The right of withdrawal expires upon the commencement of performance of the contract if you have previously
1. have expressly agreedthat we may begin fulfilling the contract before the end of the cancellation period, and
2. have confirmed that you are aware that, by giving your consent, you will lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of the performance of the contract.
Access to the online seminar you booked will be provided once the order and payment process has been successfully completed.
The required consent is obtained during the ordering process via a separate, unselected checkbox.
It is precisely these conditions that are legally relevant for digital content. In addition, consent or acknowledgment must be documented in the contract confirmation, if applicable.
